Not a gym person? Good. We built this for you.

Two ways to train at Longevity Fitness — small group personal training or coach-led strength sessions. No experience needed. No busy gym floor to feel lost in. Just proper coaching from the moment you walk in.

Two memberships Never trained before? Perfect Coach-led, always No experience needed
Built for people who’ve never trained before
No pressure. No judgement. Just coaching, structure and a clear starting point.

See what a session actually looks like

Forget intimidating gyms. Every session is coached, every exercise is adapted to you, and you'll train alongside a small group of supportive people who all started somewhere.

Every rep is coached

Small groups mean we can spend time helping you improve your technique, build confidence and train around injuries.

Personal training in a small group

You get all the benefits of coaching and accountability without paying for one-to-one personal training every week.

Most gyms are built for people who already know what they’re doing.

Longevity Fitness is different. It is for people who want support, structure and a proper starting point.

😬

If gyms make you nervous

You can come in for a chat first. No workout required.

💪

If you want to get stronger

We focus on strength training that helps you feel better in real life.

🧭

If you do not know where to start

We coach every session, track progress and keep things simple.

How it works

You’ll never be dropped into a session you’re not ready for.

Everyone starts with a free consultation and a tour — no pressure, no fitness test. If you go for SGPT, you’ll also get 4 x 1-to-1 Personal Training Sessions (worth £200) to learn the key movements before joining the group. Strength Club sessions are coach-led from the first visit, so you can jump straight in.

  • Free consultation and gym tour
  • InBody scan to set a starting point
  • SGPT members: four private PT sessions first
  • Then train with full coaching, at your pace

Two memberships

SGPT and Strength Club.

Two different ways to train, both fully coached. Not sure which one fits you? Come in for a free consultation and we’ll help you decide.

Strength training

Strength Club

A coach-led strength session built for beginners. Turn up, get coached, get stronger.

  • Maximum 10 people per session
  • 45-minute strength session
  • Built for beginners
  • Coach-led throughout
  • Pre-planned strength session, no guesswork
  • No long-term contract

Which one is right for you?

SGPT is best if you want a coach in your corner — your own programme, weekly check-ins and support that adapts to you. Strength Club is best if you want a simple, coach-led strength session to build confidence and consistency without the extra support layer. Both are beginner-friendly, and plenty of members use both.

Session times

Gold is SGPT (Small Group PT, max 6). Silver is Strength Club (max 10, 45 mins). Closed Sundays.

FAQ

Common questions.

A few things people usually ask before coming in for the first time — especially if you’ve never been to a gym before.

Do I need to be fit before I start?

No. The sessions are coached and adjusted to where you are now. You do not need to get fit before joining.

What if I have never lifted weights before?

That is completely fine. Every new member starts with 4 x 1-to-1 Personal Training Sessions so you can learn the basics before joining the groups.

Is this a normal gym membership?

No. Whether you choose SGPT or Strength Club, you are not paying for access to equipment on your own — you are paying for coaching. There is no busy gym floor to navigate by yourself.

How many people are in each session?

SGPT sessions are capped at 6 people. Strength Club sessions are capped at 10 people. Both are small enough for proper coaching.

What if I feel nervous walking in?

Most people feel nervous before coming in. You can start with a relaxed consultation and a look around first. You do not have to train on the day.

What if I have aches, pains or limitations?

We will talk through anything relevant before you start. Exercises can be adjusted where appropriate. If something is complex or medical, we may ask for GP or physio guidance first.

Do you help with nutrition?

Yes. Membership includes nutritional support and weekly check-ins so you are not left guessing outside the gym.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. There is no long-term contract. We would rather people stay because they enjoy it and it is working for them.

What is the difference between SGPT and Strength Club?

SGPT (Small Group PT) gives you a coach, a programme built around you, weekly check-ins and nutritional support, in a group of up to 6. Strength Club is a coach-led, pre-planned 45-minute strength session for up to 10 people — a simpler way to build consistency. Both are beginner-friendly.

Where are you based?

Unit 10, Mercers Road, Bury St Edmunds, IP32 7HX.
